Compliance Manager
Playnetic is seeking an experienced and highly organised Technical Compliance Manager to lead the end-to-end process for our growing portfolio of casino games across multiple regulated markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring our games are submitted to and certified by approved TestLabs in accordance with jurisdictional technical standards and project delivery timelines.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within or alongside certification labs, possess a strong understanding of regulatory technical compliance in the online gambling industry, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment. Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external labs, the Technical Compliance Manager will oversee submission preparation, issue triaging, testing coordination, and certification tracking.
Some of what you'll be responsible for
- Manage licensing application projects throughout their entire execution to ensure smooth and organised market entry from a B2B perspective
- Ensure policies, procedures and knowledge-base entries are created, managed and maintained
- Perform internal audits and assessments to ensure the company maintains their licenses and remains compliant with jurisdictional requirements
- Monitor and deliver comprehensive timelines and deadlines for all compliance-related activities
- Analyse market trends and new and emerging markets
- Communicate and integrate with the Development and QA teams to ensure our products are aligned with jurisdictional requirements
- Act as the main point of contact with external TestLabs, ensuring all ongoing testing schedules and deadlines remain achievable
You'll have done most of the following
- Worked in the online gambling sector in a regulatory and/or technical compliance role. Ideally in B2B
- You've owned the preparation and management of licensing applications
- Have experience with the populating and managing of a knowledge-base articles
- Communicated with regulators and external auditors and TestLabs
- You're good at communicating with technical staff, like Development, Operational and QA employees
