Are you ready to bring games to life? At Playnetic, we’re looking for an Animation Director to shape the artistic vision and animation quality of our slot games. If you're passionate about creating visually stunning and engaging animations, this role could be your perfect next step.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Animation Director, you'll lead the charge in setting the animation standards across our games. From managing a talented team of Principal Animators and 2D Animators to collaborating with other creative departments, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional gaming experiences.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting the animation vision and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Leading and mentoring your team to foster a creative and innovative environment.
• Collaborating with Game Designers, Audio Producers, and Developers to streamline processes.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of in-game animations.
• Conducting game reviews to identify improvements and new learnings.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re not just an animator; you’re a visionary leader with a passion for gaming. Here’s what we need:

• Proven experience as an Animation Director or similar senior role in the gaming industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality animations.
• Deep understanding of art and animation principles.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide a creative team.
• At least one year of experience in the gaming industry.
