Project Manager
At Playnetic, we’re passionate about creating innovative and engaging gaming experiences. We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Project Manager to help our cross-functional teams deliver outstanding games from concept to release.
In this role, you will be a process champion and delivery enabler, ensuring smooth collaboration across disciplines, maintaining alignment with strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement in how we work. You’ll support multiple projects, enabling teams to stay focused, unblock challenges, and deliver with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Game Producers and other stakeholders to support the product roadmap, strategy, and key milestones.
Drive agile workflows across game teams, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.
Articulate delivery plans and demonstrate how they align with the studio’s overall goals.
Collaborate with producers, designers, engineers, and artists to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Support delivery across multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers, ensuring teams remain on track.
Create and maintain capacity reporting to enable informed decision-making.
Track and report on project health, milestones, and delivery status to stakeholders.
Act as a Project Management expert, mentoring and coaching other studio members in areas such as project planning, dashboard building, and workflow optimization.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Supports the tracking of cross-functional dependencies and helps mitigate delivery risks.
