The Role
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to play a critical role in scaling our commercial operations. This is a high-ownership position responsible for managing and growing Tier 1 operator relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring seamless execution of game launches.
In a highly competitive supplier landscape, this role is about outperforming through service, precision, and commercial insight. You’ll work closely with internal teams and senior leadership while owning the day-to-day success of your accounts.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with Tier 1 operator partners
Own the commercial performance of your account portfolio, driving revenue growth
Coordinate and manage game launches to ensure timely and successful delivery
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs, OKRs, and account performance metrics
Extract insights from data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends
Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring fast response times and high service levels
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, tech, and leadership teams
Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting with strong attention to detail
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities where appropriate
What You’ll Bring
3–4+ years’ experience in iGaming, ideally on the supplier/provider side
Proven experience managing Tier 1 operator accounts
Strong commercial mindset with confidence working toward targets
High analytical capability and comfort working with performance data
Excellent relationship-building skills and high emotional intelligence
Strong organisational, time-management, and administrative skills
A service-led mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Must be based in Malta, with availability to work hybrid (3 days in office)
Bonus Points
Existing network of Tier 1 operators
Experience across unregulated markets (.com, CIS, US Sweeps, crypto casinos)
Experience in slots, sweepstakes, or casino-focused B2B environments
Previous exposure to high-growth or startup-scale businesses
Leadership or people-management experience (not required, but future-facing)
