Head of Casino
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Casino to take ownership of a growing casino vertical.
This is a commercially driven leadership role with strong product exposure, where you’ll be responsible for shaping the casino experience, driving sustainable revenue growth, and improving player engagement across the platform.
You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and product development — balancing performance optimisation with long-term player value to ensure the casino offering remains competitive, engaging, and scalable.
This role combines P&L ownership with strategic product input, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the commercial and experience side of online gaming.
What You’ll Do
As the Head of Casino, you will lead the casino vertical with full ownership of performance and player experience, blending commercial strategy and product vision.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving player retention, and continuously optimising the casino offering through data-led decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise player lifetime value (LTV), optimise acquisition cost (CAC), and improve overall casino performance.Casino Product Leadership
Contribute to and deliver an engaging casino roadmap, ensuring an optimised game portfolio and seamless player experience.Performance Monitoring
Own key KPIs including Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), bonus spend, player value, and engagement metrics.Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyse player behaviour, in-house metrics, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and improve retention.Market & Competitive Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure continued market relevance.Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with game providers, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to optimise performance and delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align initiatives and achieve commercial objectives.
Who You Are
You are currently working in a senior casino leadership role (or stepping up from a highly strategic commercial or product-focused position within online gaming).
You understand what drives player engagement and revenue performance — and you’re comfortable making data-informed decisions that impact both short-term results and long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a leadership role within the online gaming industry
Demonstrated ownership of commercial performance and/or P&L
Strong understanding of casino product mechanics and player lifecycle
Commercial mindset with experience managing bonus costs and promotions
Data-driven approach to decision making
Ability to collaborate across Marketing, CRM, Product, and Operations
Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
