Commercial Manager
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to improve our overall Casino product offering and proposition, ensuring we maximise commercial performance across this vertical.
This is a unique role that blends commercial ownership with product development, focused on enhancing the player proposition and driving sustainable growth. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing commercial and product improvements by working closely with Tech, Marketing, CRM, as well as overseeing the day-to-day performance of the Casino vertical.
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Manager, you will drive the commercial strategy and product improvements for the Casino vertical, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise performance, develop compelling promotions, and enhance the overall player experience.
You’ll own the Casino roadmap, focusing on key initiatives, targeting strategies, and ensuring product differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial planning, combined with promotional plan preparation
Provide strategic input into 3rd party partner product development
Direct input into how we drive points of differentiation or USP for our players
Work with third parties, game providers, web development, QA, Marketing, and VIP teams to create compelling products, pricing, and promotions that effectively drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
Support and guide Market Analysis, including competitive research, player and vertical insights, market awareness, and innovation opportunities
Work on frontend Casino design and collaborate with 3rd party partners and internal teams to deliver improvements
Document business requirements for key Casino-related initiatives and processes
Process Feature Requests and prioritise features based on business needs and potential impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels
Ensure we leverage all campaigns, products, and promotions where applicable
Drive a high-performing customer experience agenda by analysing product performance and identifying areas of improvement to optimise journeys and experiences
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on performance against KPIs
Develop and manage Casino budgets for key initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and audience preferences, making recommendations for new initiatives
Engage with relevant stakeholders and regulators as the subject matter expert for the Casino vertical
Who You Are
You are an experienced iGaming professional with a strong understanding of Casino products and player behaviour. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving player engagement and commercial outcomes.
With strong project management, analytical, and product lifecycle skills, you excel at driving results through creativity and continuous improvement. You’re a clear communicator, a problem solver, and a proactive team player who enjoys making decisions and optimising outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of experience in iGaming, ideally within a Casino-focused role
Strong understanding of key Casino performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting
Driven, passionate, and determined with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, and competitive analysis
Ability to create product specifications and critique marketing and promotional plans
Creative and analytical mindset with a strong desire to test, optimise, and improve
Fully proficient in written and verbal English
