DevOps Engineer

We’re currently strengthening our DevOps capability for our B2B platform, creating an opportunity to contribute to tooling, practices, and standards in close collaboration with engineering teams.

The Role

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to help build, improve, and maintain our DevOps practices across our B2B platform.

You will work closely with senior engineers and technology leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and automated infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement, offering strong opportunities for growth and ownership over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across services and environments

  • Support containerisation efforts and Kubernetes-based deployments

  • Assist in implementing observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting)

  • Help automate build and deployment processes for backend and frontend systems

  • Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS (with some exposure to Azure and GCP)

  • Support networking and secure connectivity across environments

  • Assist with cost optimisation and infrastructure efficiency initiatives

  • Help ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability

  • Contribute to monitoring SLAs, SLOs, and system health

  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve workflows and reliability

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering in production environments

  • Good understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native systems

  • Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform)

  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an interest in automation and reliability

  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and technical stakeholders

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or other online platform-based businesses is beneficial. Exposure to building or improving DevOps environments, or working in regulated environments, is also a plus.

We’re able to hire in Malta, Hungary, Poland, and Bulgaria. For candidates in Hungary, Poland, or Bulgaria, the position will initially be fully remote, with the potential to move to a hybrid setup as we establish office hubs in those locations.
