The Role

We are looking for a Junior Game Developer who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow within a collaborative game development environment.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of our casino games on the client side, working on areas such as game logic, visual presentation, and animations. You will primarily work with our Java-based game engine while gaining exposure to new technologies as our stack evolves.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn, open to feedback, and excited to build engaging player experiences in a fast-paced industry.

What You’ll Do

Game Development

  • Implement game logic based on design and technical requirements

  • Contribute to the visual and interactive aspects of casino games

  • Work with animations and client-side behaviors within our game engine

  • Support the development of slot, table, and crash games

Code Quality & Delivery

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reliable Java code

  • Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve quality

  • Perform developer testing and verification of implemented features

  • Identify and fix bugs while optimizing performance

Collaboration & Process

  • Work within Agile processes, including standups and retrospectives

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, artists, animators, producers, and backend developers

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning

What You’ll Bring

  • Foundational knowledge of Java Core

  • A technical education background (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Strong English communication skills

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Curiosity and attention to detail

  • Openness to feedback and ability to learn from mistakes

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to TypeScript or willingness to learn it

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitLab, Maven

  • Understanding of basic algorithms, design patterns, and SOLID principles

  • Any experience or interest in game development or iGaming
