The Role
We are looking for a Platform & Live Operations Analyst to support the stability, monitoring, and incident handling of our production platform and live games.
In this front-line operations role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring, early issue detection, and supporting structured incident response. You will play a key role in maintaining platform health, reducing operational risk, and ensuring smooth onboarding and go-live of operators.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment where reliability and response times are critical.
What You’ll Do
Monitoring & Operational Support
Monitor platform systems and live games using observability tools
Detect anomalies in performance, gameplay, payouts, and system behaviour
Maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring coverage
Incident Detection & Coordination
Identify, classify, and escalate incidents based on severity
Support incident coordination, investigation, and resolution
Ensure incidents are tracked, documented, and communicated
Operational Discipline & Controls
Follow procedures, runbooks, and escalation paths
Perform configuration validation and operational checks
Support operational readiness for releases and launches
Risk & Issue Visibility
Proactively identify risks and abnormal behaviours
Support root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
Highlight repeat or systemic issues
Operator Onboarding & Go-Live Support
Monitor onboarding processes and validate readiness
Track milestones, risks, and go-live checkpoints
Support early-stage incident detection
Ensure adherence to documentation and procedures
Continuous Improvement
Improve monitoring, automation, and tooling
Strengthen operational standards and playbooks
Enhance early detection and response
What You’ll Bring
Experience in operations, NOC, live operations, or production support
Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools
Ability to work in real-time, high-pressure environments
Strong communication and structured thinking
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming or gaming environments
Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, or similar
Understanding of incident management frameworks
Exposure to onboarding or release processes

📍 Location
Fully remote initially, moving into a hybrid based role once our office hubs are setup in Philippines, Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland.
