At Playnetic, we’re scaling rapidly and strengthening our core business operations to support this growth. Our Legal and Corporate function plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, structure, and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
We are looking for a Legal & Corporate Administrator to join our growing team and support the legal and corporate backbone of the business.
What You’ll Do
Contract Management & Documentation:
Prepare, review, and manage standard contracts (NDAs, service agreements, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain and organize legal and contract documentation in line with internal standards.
Corporate Administration & Entity Management:
Support the setup of new entities across different jurisdictions. Maintain corporate records and ensure proper documentation is in place. Assist with the preparation of basic corporate documents and internal records.
Compliance & Regulatory Filings:
Handle filings with local authorities and track compliance deadlines to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
External Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with external partners such as legal advisors, notaries, consultants, and other service providers to support corporate and legal activities.
Banking & Corporate Operations Support:
Support the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts, including coordination with banks and preparation of required documentation.
Legal & Finance Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to Legal and Finance teams. Assist with documentation related to invoices, agreements, and payments, and support audits and general administrative processes.
General Corporate Administration:
Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day corporate administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Bring
1–3+ years of experience in a legal, corporate administration, or similar role
Basic understanding of contracts and corporate processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
