Ready to take ownership of multiple Sweepstakes and Social casino brands and drive their growth? We’re looking for a Head of Sweepstakes & Social Casino who thrives in high-stakes environments and knows how to create compelling player experiences while maximising revenue.
What You’ll Do
As the Head of Sweepstakes & Social Casino, you’ll have full P&L ownership across multiple brands, blending commercial strategy (70%) with marketing and product (30%). You’ll be at the centre of it all -driving revenue, enhancing player retention, and optimising the overall Sweepstakes experience.
This isn’t just about overseeing operations; it’s about leading from the front, identifying new opportunities, and making bold decisions that move the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth – Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise player lifetime value (LTV) and optimise acquisition costs (CAC). Ultimately owning the P&L for Sweeps & Social Casinos.
Sweeps Product Leadership - Work with the Product team and oversee delivery of an engaging product roadmap, ensuring an optimised game portfolio and seamless player experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Stay on top of the numbers - understand the data behind net purchases and net gaming revenue and use insights to fuel growth.
Market & Competitive Analysis - Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, adapting to trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies.
Stakeholder Management - Work closely with product/tech partners, marketing partners, and internal teams to ensure our brands stay ahead.
Brand strategy and marketing planning - working with the Brand & creative teams to help define the brand and creative strategy. Working with the Acquisition teams to creating and overseeing a marketing plan to optimize the marketing budget in order to attract customers and ARPU required to meet ROI targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Be the go-to person across marketing, product, CRM, VIP and operations, aligning teams and delivering results.

You’re already a Head of Sweeps (or a senior-level expert in the space), and you get what makes a top-tier Sweeps product work. You know how to attract and retain players, and more importantly, you know what drives activity and net gaming revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership role in online gaming, with a strong track record of P&L ownership.
Commercial mindset - You know how to optimise revenue and manage bonus costs efficiently.
Casino/Sweeps product knowledge - From game selection to platform UX, you understand what attracts players and makes them stick around.
Data-driven - You can analyse player trends, competitor moves, and in-house metrics to make strategic decisions.
A natural leader - You can collaborate with teams across marketing, CRM, and ops to deliver on key objectives.
