Job Summary:
Playnetic is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in delivering Playnetic's global marketing strategy. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of key marketing channels while supporting the execution of integrated campaigns across product launches, social media, website, PR and international events.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the planning, delivery and reporting of Playnetic's social media channels, ensuring product launches, PR, commercial initiatives and event campaigns are integrated into monthly content plans.
Manage and publish website content through WordPress, including blogs, game pages, homepage banners and campaign landing pages, while coordinating ongoing website developments with external agency partners.
Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns are executed in line with the marketing strategy and business objectives.
Support the planning and delivery of international exhibitions and events, including merchandise, marketing collateral, stand activations and promotional campaigns.
Manage commercial hospitality activities, including sourcing and negotiating hospitality packages, coordinating client entertainment and customer gifting.
Own the management of Playnetic's branded merchandise, maintaining stock levels, coordinating storage, monitoring inventory and ensuring materials are available for events, customer gifting and commercial initiatives.
Monitor marketing performance and produce campaign reporting and insights across social media, website activity, product launches and events.
Manage and organise the marketing team's project workflows through Monday.com, maintaining campaign timelines, priorities and project progress.
Coordinate internal marketing requests and collaborate with Product, Commercial and Studio teams to ensure marketing deliverables are completed efficiently.
Brief and coordinate designers, agencies and suppliers, ensuring creative assets are delivered on time.
Manage Playnetic's marketing supplier network, maintaining supplier relationships, sourcing new vendors, obtaining quotations and presenting proposals to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Support the day-to-day delivery of the marketing function, ensuring projects and operational activities run smoothly.
Contribute ideas and support the continuous improvement of marketing processes, campaigns and the overall Playnetic brand.
Required Skills & Experience
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive marketer who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating multiple projects and delivering high-quality marketing initiatives across a variety of channels:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role within the iGaming industry, with previous experience working for a B2B supplier highly desirable.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in a fast paced environment whilst simultaneously using platforms such as Monday.com.
Commercially minded, with experience sourcing quotations, comparing supplier proposals and presenting budget recommendations in a clear and concise format for review and approval.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence creating engaging marketing copy across social media, websites, PR and marketing collateral.
Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars and campaign reporting.
Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms to manage website content, with confidence using Vimeo to upload, organise and manage video content.
Comfortable coordinating designers, agencies, suppliers and multiple internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret marketing performance and produce meaningful reports.
