After being promoted from Head of TA, I am now managing the group TA function which includes a pre existing engineering team, leading the entire Talent strategy across all functions, which consists of 700 (circa) headcount currently and growing to 1000+ by 2025 across 25+ countries. Managing a team of 5, which includes a Senior TA Partner, Recruitment Marketing Specialist and three experienced recruiters. All budget, team, employer brand and strategy responsibility.
